We kick things off with a conversation. We'll discuss your goals for the property, and gather information about the space. After contract is signed and deposit secured we kickoff the project.

We dive deep into market research to pinpoint your ideal guest, determine the best in-demand amenities, and proper guest count. This important step forms the foundation of our design strategy.

Hiring an interior designer is a smart investment. A professionally designed space attracts more guests, commands higher rates, and boosts your bottom line.

As investors ourselves we understand the business of STRs. Our decade of experience allows us to design spaces that not only look amazing but also perform. We'll help you make smart investments that drive bookings and boost your revenue.

We offer remote design services throughout the entire United States. For full-service design and installation, we travel to most markets. Inquire to find out if we install in your area.

While you're under contract or have a signed lease is the perfect time to get in touch. This allows us to streamline the design process and minimize any downtime, so you can start earning sooner.

A virtual design project period is up to 2 weeks. An in-site design can take up to 6 weeks. When you sign on we give you an exact handoff date. We provide a detailed project schedule with expected completion dates for each phase.

This depends on multiple factors such as the size of the property, amenities, and the market. But a good rule of thumb is to budget $3-5k per bedroom, $4-6k per common space (living, dining) and $5-7k per amenity space (game room, home theater, outdoor)

Our design fee covers our services, but you'll also be responsible for the cost of furniture and any necessary contractors (painters, wallpaper installers, photographers, etc.).
